Fitzz · Strength training for iPhone and Android
Every workout planned, shown in 3D and logged set by set.
The recovery map
Know what's recovered before you lift.
Fitzz tracks how recovered each muscle group is, builds today's workout from the ones that are ready, and logs every set with a 3D demo of the movement.
An illustration of the Recovery tab. Your own board fills from the sets you log.
How a session goes
Pick the muscles. Follow the demo. Log the set.
Three screens, in the order you meet them. Everything below is the app as it is today.

Choose what to train
Pick your target muscles for the day, or keep the ones Fitzz suggests from your recovery and your training profile. The workout builds itself from your goals, your equipment and the areas you want to avoid.

Follow the 3D demo, log each set
Every exercise has a 3D demonstration you can view from more than one angle. Reps and weight are one tap away, supersets alternate for you, and the rest timer runs between sets.

Watch the map refill
Finished sets feed your streak, your personal records and each muscle's recovery estimate, so tomorrow's suggestion starts from what you actually did today.
Your training record
Every session kept, in numbers you can read.
Volume, sets, time and calories per session; an estimated one-rep max per exercise; a history you scroll by month.

Private by default
Your body data stays your business.
Fitzz is built and run by one person, not an ad network. The privacy policy says exactly what is collected and why, in plain language.
Analytics is off until you turn it on
The app asks once, on its own screen, and takes no for an answer. Change your mind any time in Settings › Privacy.
No ads, no tracking identifiers
No advertising SDKs, no advertising ID on Android, no tracking prompt on iOS. Nothing about you is sold.
Card details never reach Fitzz
Apple and Google take every payment. Fitzz only learns whether your subscription is active.
Delete your account in the app, any time
Profile › Account › Delete account, with immediate effect. There is also a web page if you no longer have the app.
